Terms of Service

1. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your credentials safe. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use KaamSet.

2. Acceptable use

• Don't use KaamSet to generate illegal, harmful, or hateful content.
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our services.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.
• Respect other users when publishing to the Public Library.

3. AI outputs

AI can be wrong. Always verify important information generated by KaamSet before relying on it for medical, legal, financial, or academic decisions. You own the outputs you create, subject to third-party rights and the underlying model provider terms.

4. Fair use limits

Free accounts have daily AI limits designed to serve everyone fairly. We may adjust these limits, throttle abusive traffic, or require an account for continued access.

5. Content you publish

When you publish notes, flashcards, quizzes, or flowcharts to the Public Library, you grant other KaamSet users a non-exclusive right to view, copy, and remix that content within the platform. You can unpublish at any time.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimer

KaamSet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer for details.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaamSet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
